PEPE had reached its support in October after a 15% drop. Bears could be emboldened to drive PEPE lower if a crack appears below the October support.

Should the support of October break, bears and late sellers could push PEPE down to $0.0000080 ($0.0000070) or $0.0000080. This would increase the short seller’s total gain to around 30%, if the drop reaches the second target. 

It is a good idea to start taking partial profits as soon as possible, since the U.S. election could change the direction of the market.  

The RSI’s below-average reading strengthened the bears, while OBV was lukewarm. 

A sharp BTC reverse could invalidate a short position. The 50-day EMA and trendline resistance could become key targets for bulls in a scenario of recovery.
